CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

It is very powerful and can produce amazing results and positive effects to the body.

The EMMETT Technique
The EMMETT Technique is a unique form of body therapy involving the application of light finger pressure at specific points.
It is an amazingly gentle, fast effective non-invasive therapy that is used to ease pain and discomfort , increase movement and improve quality of life. It works equally well on both humans and animals. It is based on the belief that light touch can trigger a relaxation response in the soft tissue of the body and that the therapist may help relieve tensions resulting in feelings of improved comfort within the body.

I use a combination of Craniosacral Therapy and EMMETT Technique in my treatments. I like to treat the whole person, and one of my areas of interest is chronic pain and dysfunction which can often be linked to past emotional trauma.
As a combined animal and human practitioner I like to treat horse and rider together. A horse with a restriction is often compensating for a dysfunction in the rider. If the two are treated together the problems usually resolve as balance can be re-established.
